Subject: Request Update from the Department of Finance's Real Property Tax
Administrator.
I am requesting 30 minutes for an update by Real Property Tax Administrator, Stanley Sitko, on
the real property tax collection as of August 22nd and whether or not the amount exceeds the
expected revenues and a forecast for the next fiscal year.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate committee for the September 1, 2009, agenda.
