Comm. 651: APPOINTMENT OF YUN CHU PIECES TO THE HAWAII COUNTY
COMMITTEE ON THE STATUS OF WOMEN
From Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated December 22, 1997,
advising that he has appointed Yun Chu Pilles of Hilo to
the Hawaii County Committee on the Status of Women,
succeeding herself, for a term to end on December 31, 2001.
Mrs. Pilles is a 12-year resident of Hawaii and, since
1990, has been with the University of Hawaii at Hilo,
involved in the marketing and public relations office.
(NOTE: This appointment does not need Council
confirmation.)
