AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 00-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to reappropriate the lapsed fuel
tax district appropriation for the Hamakua District, (Account No. 110-5393.27 -Increment V),
Ordinance No. 97-121 back to that respective district.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001, is hereby amended by
reestablishing the following district appropriation:
Department of Public Works
DISTRICT AMOUNT
Hamakua
Ahualoa Road (Old Mamalahoa Highway) $150,000.00
Total: $150,000.00
Allotment from this district appropriation shall be made to the specific project listed above.
SECTION 3. Funds for this project shall be provided from Fuel Taxes.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
