Kiyosaki, dated June 19, 1998, stating she was informed by her Engineering Division that a section of Waikoloa Road within Federal Aid Project No. STP- 0191(002) has a design speed of 50 mph. Therefore, to comply with the Federal design speed, transmits a bill amending Chapter 24, article l0, division 1, Hawaii County Codel983 (1995 Edition,) relating to vehicles and traffic, to reduce the speed limit of Waikoloa Road from 55 mph to 45 mph. Kiyosaki, dated .Tune 25, 1998, transmitting an Ordinance amending Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), relating to vehicles and traffic, which amends Ord. 97-ll0 and Ord. 98-32 relating to "no parking at anytime" and "parking prohibited during certain hours along Kalanianaole Street." Comm. 902: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A (Res. 290-98) PORTION OF THE HAINA MILL ROAD FROM HAMAKUA SUGAR COMPANY, INC.- TMKS: (3)4-5-02:PORTIONS 1 1 AND 12 -HAINA MILL ROAD From Corporation Counsel Richard D.
