ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 00-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY I, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 2000 to June 3Q 2001, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Residential Sewer Connection Assistance $1,500,000

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from general obligation bonds,
capital projects fund fund balance and/or other sources.
SECTION 3. Release of County funds contingent upon State and/or Federa]
Matching Funds.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
