<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 330 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-269, schedule 17 (Right turns <br /> only), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended <br /> by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to tread as follows: <br /> ~ Halai Street at Waianuenue Avenue, northwest,bound 7:15 a.m. to <br /> 8:00 a.m. on school days onik <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affecrt other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be seV~erable. <br /> SECTION 4.
