Aloha,
I hope the final version of the cellular phone use ban while driving legislation includes
a exception for Ham radio operators. Ham radio operators provide a vital communication
link during a emergency. Thus I would like to see an exception made for these folks.My
brother would really appreciate that as he is a FCC licensed Ham radio operator.
