Ford, dated July 22, 2009, transmitting the above bill. Recommends passage on first reading: Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Ikeda, Onishi, Naeole, Yoshimoto, and Chair Enriques - 6. Noes: None. Comm. 449: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 7, DIVISION 8, OF THE (Bill 116) HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, RELATING TO MOPEDS (to require Safety Check Inspection documentation prior to registering a Moped) From Finance Director, Nancy E. Crawford, dated July 21, 2009, transmitting the above bill. Recommends passage on first reading: Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Ikeda, Onishi, Naeole, Yoshimoto, and Chair Enriques - 6. Noes: None.
