Re: Bill No. 103, Draft 2, Relating to the Use of a Tent or a Structure of Similar Type as a
Temporary Residence While Constructing a Permanent Dwelling Unit.
Attached please find Bill 103, Draft 2, which incorporates those amendments contained in
Communication No. 413.2. It also incorporates a secondary amendment by inserting the words
"contained in Section 19" in the first sentence of the last paragraph of exception (19). These
amendments were duly approved at the August 4, 2009 Committee on Public Works and
Intergovernmental Relations meeting.
