BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be
and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accord¢nce with the terms of this
resolution.
