Resolution .
LvAMING OF' STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii, is authorized to
adopt the street names of unnamed roadways in the County of
Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii
County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
April 10, 1984, approved the following names for certain unnamed
roadways in the Kaumana City Subdivision, Inc. 1-A, 1-B, & 3,
Ponahawai, South Hilo, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that
said roadways, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be
named as follows:
Kaumana City Subdivision, Inc. 1-A, 1-B, & 3, Ponahawai, South
Hilo, Hawaii
Hana Street- - "Work"
Malumalu Street - "Shady"~
Nolemana Street - "Norman"
'Opalipali Street - "Hilly"
Pakelekia Street - "Patricia"
Papali Street - "Small cliff or slope, as
along a ravine."
Pukana La Street - "Sunrise"
Ua Nahele Street - "Rain forest"
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this
