Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
That this Council finds that the real property
described in Resolution No. 606 83 is not necessary for the
public use and purpose of the construction, operation, and
maintenance of a drainage channel for flood control purposes
in the Keopu Heights Subdivision, Keopu, District of North
Kona, County and State of Hawaii,
NOW THEREFORE, Resolution No. 606 83 authorizing the
acquisition of said property by means of eminent domain is
hereby rescinded.
