BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to transmit copies of this resolution to the Honorable George Ariyoshi, Governor, State of Hawaii; the Honorable Richard Wong, President of the Senate; the Honorable Henry H.
