Resolution
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE, AND DESIGNATING THE
CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN THEREOF, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 4.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and
Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, the following members are hereby appointed
to the Committee on Finance:
1. Tomio Fujii
2. Merle K. Lai
3. James L. K. Dahlberg
4. Frank De Luz, III
5. Takashi Domingo
6. William S. Kawahara
7. Spencer Kalani Schutte
8. Helene H.-Hale
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilman Tomio Fujii and
Councilwoman Merle K. Lai be and are hereby designated Chairman and
Vice Chairwoman, respectively, of said Committee on Finance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT RESOLUTION 4 ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1980,
IS HEREBY REPEALED.
