Resolution
BE IT RESOLVED BY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that at
a meeting of the County Council held this date, that the Mayor
of the County of Hawaii be and he is hereby designated and
authorized to sign in the name of the County of Hawaii any and
all documents necessary relative to the Biq Island Resource
Conservation Development Project (Kalopa Critical Area
Treatment Measure).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the County of
Hawaii be and he is hereby appointed as the Contracting Officer
for the Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Project with authority to delegate his responsibility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of
Hawaii be instructed to remit true copies of this resolution to
the U.S. Soil Conservation Service, the Mauna Kea Soil and
Water Conservation District, and the Big Island Resource
Conservation Development office.
