Subject: A Resolution Allowing Council Members to Voluntarily Request to Transfer No
Less Than $5,000 from County Clerk's Salary and Wages (S&W) Account to the
Contingency Relief Account, To Be Appropriated in Accordance with Current
Contingency Relief Fund Procedures.
For the Council's consideration, please find attached a resolution to establish procedures to allow
Council members to voluntarily transfer $5,000 or more to the Contingency Relief account, and
that these funds be-appropriated in accordance with the current Contingency Relief Fund
procedures.
