Resolution
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ON PLANNING AND DESIGNATING THE
CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN THEREOF, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 5.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of Rule 5 (Committees) and
Rule 6 (Standing Committees) of the RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, the following members are hereby appointed
to the Committee on Planning:
1. Takashi Domingo
2. Spencer Kalani Schutte
3. James L. K. Dahlberg
4. Frank De Luz, III
5. Tomio Fujii
6. William S. Kawahara
7. Merle K. Lai
8. Helene H. Hale
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Councilman Takashi Domingo and
Councilman Spencer Kalani Schutte be and are hereby designated
Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively, of said Committee on
Planning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT RESOLUTION 5 ADOPTED DECEMBER 1, 1980,
IS HEREBY REPEALED.
