Good Morning Mr. J. Yoshimoto,
We request that Bill 54, Draft 4 be postponed until your October 21 st Council meeting. We hope to
resolve the issues in Condition G with the
DPW so we can all move forward with Bill 54. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
We would also like to be called up for discussion at the August 19th meeting.

The motion at our August 5th meeting was to postpone Bill 54, Draft 4, to
the next Council meeting on August 19th. We will be agendizing this measure
along with Communications 207.10 and 207.9 for our August 19th meeting.
Per Kenny, can you please ask Mr. Minson to send a letter informing us that
he would like the matter postponed to October (October 7th will be held in
Kona; and October 21st in Hilo).

Aloha and Good Morning,
One thing is sure is that our driveway location is creating more friction
than expected. To eliminate the issue we respectfully request a delay on
Bill 54 until the driveway construction is complete. We can cancel the
meeting Amy is working on to orchestrate and we will get permitted. If
possible, could we postpone our Council meeting until mid October?
