RESOLUTION NO. 165
WHEREAS, from a national field of 812 store managers of Zale's
Corporation, Mr. Walter NIurasaki, Manager of Zale's Jewelers of Hilo Mall,
was one of three to receive the Top Achiever Award at ceremonies held in
Dallas, Texas; and
WHEREAS, in support of this esteemed award, Nlr. Joel Brown, Hawaii
Regional Senior Vice President of Zale's Corporation, stated, "Murasaki
is an outstanding Manager as well as an outstanding person. His per-
formance over the years has been one that our managers nationwide use
as an example."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TY_E COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that it congratulates Mr. Walter Murasaki for being honored as one of
the top managers with Zale's Corporation and wishes him higher accomplish-
ments while serving the people of the island of Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii be
directed to transmit true copies of this resolution to Mr. Walter P?urasaki
and to Mr.. Joel Brown, Hawaii Regional Senior Vice President of Zale's
Corporation.
