HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 699 Draft 01 1976-1980/ �7 County of Hawaii --State of Hawaii Resolution WHEREAS, Section 10-11 of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease or other obligation requiring payment of funds from appropriations of a later fiscal year or of more than one fiscal year be approved by resolution of the Council; and WHEREAS, it is more to the advantage of the County that we contract for the following services for a period longer than one fiscal year: 1. Leasing Video Display and Printer System for motor vehicle information transmittal between the City and County of Honolulu Data Center, and the Department of Finance, Treasury Division, and Hawaii Police Department for a three-year period; 2. Leasing Data Processing and Word Processing equipment for the County of Hawaii for a five-year period; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: 1. That the contract for the above leases be approved for the period specified and any renewals thereof, and 2. That sufficient funds be budgeted in future fiscal years to cover the obligation of the County under these multi-year contracts. Dated this 7th day of November , 1980. Introduced by: �A 1.
