WHEREAS, Kay Fenrich, reporter and salesperson for radio
station KHLO, has provided the people throughout the County of
Hawaii with able and up-to-date reporting for several years; and
WHEREAS, Kay Fenrich's contributions to the news media industry
and the community will be sorely missed as she and her family leave
the Big Island to pursue their higher aspirations in the great state
of California; and
WHEREAS, we on the Council who have known Kay will miss her
charming, vivacious personality and pleasant disposition which have
lent to a warm and friendly atmosphere within County Council
chambers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII that it congratulates Kay Fenrich for a job well done.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council extends its congratula-
tions and best wishes to Kay and John Fenrich in their new employment
opportunities.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii
transmit a true copy of this resolution to Kay and John Fenrich.
