Resolution
WHEREAS, the old government road right-of-way (paper road) in Kiolakaa-
Keaa Homestead, Ka'u, Hawaii, has not been abandoned; and
WHEREAS, said roadway is no longer of any use to the County of Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the old government road right-of-way (paper road) in Kiolakaa-Keaa Home-
stead as delineated in red on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A",
be and is hereby declared abandoned as a roadway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources, State of Hawaii and to the Department of Public Works of the County
of Hawaii._
