Resolution
WHEREAS, the construction of the Kulaimano Wastewater Disposal System,
C 15005702, was completed on August 10, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the project has been inspected and accepted by the Chief
Engineer in and for the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, notice of final settlement -as required by Section507-17 of the
Hawaii Revised Statutes was published on December 17, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL in and for the
County of Hawaii that it does hereby accept the Kulaimano Wastewater Disposal
System, C 15005702.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be directed to transmit a
true copy of this resolution to the Environmental Protection Agency.
