BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that the following amount
be and is hereby appropiatedltransferred as set forth below:

HILO SEWER TREATMENT PLANT (SECONDARY)
PAPAIKOU-PAUKAA SEWERAGE SYSTEM
To transfer a loan until the federal share reimbursement for the consultant contract
cost is received for the Papaikou-Paukaa Sewerage System project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
