CHAPTER 264-2 REGARDING HIGHWAYS WITH SPECIAL
INTEREST ON ROADS IN LIMBO
Copy of letter to Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro Sumada from PWPC
Chair Dominic Yagong, dated October l4, 1998, informing he has
invited Ms. Dawn Chang of the Attorney General's Office and
Corporation Counsel Richard Wurdeman to give their
interpretation of Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 264-2 regarding
roads in limbo. Requests Mr. Sumada give his Department's
perspective on the matter.

General, from PWPC Chair Dominic Yagong, dated October 15,
1998, inviting her to give an interpretation of Hawaii Revised

LAUPAHOEHOE HIGH SCHOOL'S SWIMMING POOL
Copy of letter to Parks and Recreation Director Julie Tulang, from
PWPC Chair Dominic Yagong, dated October 14, 1998 regarding
the above. Informs he has invited members of the community and
the administration who have shown interest on the program.
Request that she make a presentation on the program and invite
Mark Marshall of the Aquatics Division to the November 5, PWPC
meeting.
