Requests Mr. Sumada give his Department's perspective on the matter. Informs he has invited members of the community and the administration who have shown interest on the program. Request that she make a presentation on the program and invite Mark Marshall of the Aquatics Division to the November 5, PWPC meeting. Comm. 1044: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF A (Res. 343-98) PORTION OF KAMOKUNA STREET AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO. HAWAII, 'FO VEHICULAR ACCESS From Councilmember Aaron S. Y.
