BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the County of Hawaii that the following amount
be and is hereby appropiatedltransferred as set forth below:

CREDITED TO:
020-344-5315.01-108 H-3412 STREET LIGHTING & TRAFFIC SIGNALS (UTILITIES) $80,000.00
020-344-5315.13-115 H-3418 MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS & TRAFFIC SIGNALS $35,000.00
To provide supplemental appropriations to meet the estimated requirements for the
balance of this fiscal year for electricity charges and for contractual maintenance
costs of street lights.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make -the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
