RE: Resolution 214-09
It has come to our attention that the amount of tax collected for liquefied petroleum gas
is being determined based on a formula set at the state level and need not be set by
Council resolution. Accordingly, we hereby request that Resolution 214-09 be
permanently withdrawn from the Council agenda.
