be and is hereby appropiated/transferred as set forth below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk he$an iss5hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
