Resolution
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 208, RULE 6, STANDING COMMITTEES, RULES OF PROCEDURE
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 22, 1977.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that Rule 6,
Standing Committees, Rules of Procedures of the Council of the County of Hawaii,
adopted by Resolution No. 208, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1. There shall be three (3) Standing Committees, consisting of at least
[five (S)] six (6) members each, and these Standing Committees shall be:
"(a) Committee on Finance
"(b) Committee on Planning
"(c) Committee on Public Works"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that statutory material to be repealed is bracketed.
New material is underscored. In printing this Resolution, the brackets, the
bracketed material or the underscoring need not be included.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect upon its
approval.
