Prior to September 30, 1979 CETA administrative funds were allocated together with
program funds. However, Federal CETA rules and regulations dictate that effective
October 1, 1979 an administrative cost pool be established and funds for the adminis-
trative cost pool be allocated and reported as a separate subpart.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and in-
structed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with
the terms of this resolution.
