A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby
transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $20,000
OUT AND FROM: 010-911-5912.21-339 MISC INSURANCE CLAIMS & JUDGMENT
CREDITED TO: 010-911-5912.71-341 CHARTER COMMISSION
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to forwazd a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary
transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
