Subject: Change in the Animal Leash Law at County Parks
Aloha Honorable Council Members,
As a volunteer at the Waimea Shelter of the Humane Society and a new dog owner
(rescued from the shelter) I plead with you to allow dogs on leash at County parks. It's
hard to find nice places to walk and play with your dog and the county parks would be a
great place to enjoy a picnic lunch and time with your dog.
