The unconditional sale of the agricultural lands is NOT a good idea.
Rather than surrender our community's fate to whom ever will pay the highest price for that land in a
down market, a better approach is to recognize the strategic imperative to keep that land from being
irreversibly changed from agricultural to non-agricultural use.
