RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THS ACCEPTANCE OF A DONATION OF A COMBINATION 6RERCISE/WORKOUT
GYM, FROM SANDRA M. TODD.
WHEREAS, Sandra M. Todd of 22 Pakalana Place, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, has donated a
combination exercise/workout gym to the South Kohala Police Station; and
WHERHAS, the retail value of the gym is five hundred twenty dollars and no
cents (=520.00); and
WHEREAS, Article RIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides
that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations or personal.

NOW, THEREFORE BS IT RESOLVED BY THS COUNCIL OF TH6 COUNTY OF HAWAII that in
accordance with Article RIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii Cotutty Charter, the Hawaii
Police Department is authorized to accept the donation of a combination exercise/workout.
