NAMING OF A STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of
May 31, 1979, approved the following names for certain unnamed
roadways in the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii:
Kishi Subdivision, Ke'e-ke'e lst, South Kona, Hawaii
Akaakalani Place
Analipo Place
North Kahapili Loop
South Kahapili Loop
Ke'e-ke'e Street
Kihapai Street
meaning afterglow
- meaning distance, faraway space
beyond the horizon
- meaning tangent of a circle.
Line that touches.
- meaning tangent of a circle.
Line that touches.
- Land division in which Kishi
Subdivision is located.
- meaning small land division;
cultivated patch, garden,
orchard field, small farm
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that the said roadways located in the County
of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, be named as follows:
Kishi Subdivision, Ke'e-ke'e lst, South Kona, Hawaii
Akaakalani Place - meaning afterglow
Analipo Place - meaning distance, faraway space
beyond the horizon
North Kahapili Loop - meaning tangent of a circle.
Line that touches.
South Kahapili Loop - meaning tangent of a circle.
Line that touches.
Ke'e-ke'e Street - Land division in which Kishi
Subdivision is located.
Kihapai Street - meaning small land division;
