RESOLUTION N0. X33 ~9
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
DONATION OF ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($1,375) FROM VARIOUS
COMPANIES.
WHEREAS, the following companies have donated funds to be used for
programs at the Kona Community Aquatics Center Pool:

WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter
provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations
of personal property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the
Hawaii County Charter, the Department of Parks & Recreation is authorized to
accept the monetary contribution of one thousand three hundred seventy-five
dollars ($1,375) from the aforementioned companies.
