Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal
year for a copier for the Department of Finance. The lease on the Accounts
Division's current copier will be expiring soon so the division wishes to enter into
another lease for a multi-function copier. The new copier will also be shared by the
Finance Administration and Budget Office, once the move back to the County
Building is complete.

A. REQUEST:
Request resolution to allow the Department of Finance to enter into a multi-year contract for a copier/fax
machine.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The Accounts Division's current copier lease will be expiring in the next few months so a new lease will need
to be executed. The new lease will be for a copier/fax machine to be shared by the Finance Administration,
Accounts Division and Budget Office personnel once the move back to the old County Building is complete.
