This appropriation is being made in the event that additional stimulus monies become available for this project. Last fiscal year, an $35,000,000 appropriation of stimulus monies was approved by the County Council for the same project. This project will construct a new major collector road from the intersection of Palani Road and Henry Street to Hina Lani Street. REQUEST: Increase the federal grants receivable (Account no. 110.399.5397.77) for the Mid-Level Road (Ane Keohokalole Highway) project to $45 million. B.
