RESOLUTION NO. 99 99
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TH6 ACCEPTANCE OF A MONETARY DONATION, FROM HAWAII POLICE
ATHLETIC FEDERATION.
WHEREAS, Hawaii Police Athletic Federation of Hilo, Hawaii, has donated a
monetary contribution of five hundred dollars (5500); and
WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter provides
that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts or donations or personal
property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TH6 COUNCIL OF TH6 COUNTY OF HAWAII that in
accordance with Article RIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawaii County Charter, the Hawaii
Police Department is authorized to accept the monetary donation from Hawaii Police
Athletic Federation.
