Resolution
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 208, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 22, 1977,
RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that Rule 6, Subsection 2(a) of the Rules of Procedure, adopted
by Resolution No. 208, on December 22, 1977, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
112. The scope of functions of Standing Committees shall
11 include but not limited to the following:
(a) COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
Matters related to auditing, budget, appro-
priations, general obligation and revenue
bonds, all phases of the real property tax
function and responsibility, all taxes in
general, licenses, fees, sugar, diversified
agriculture, forestry, tourist development,
liquor control, police and fire protection,
human services, youth and elderly affairs,
and personnel transactions."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect
upon its approval.
