WHEREAS, pursuant to County Charter Section 3-14 interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that the Salary Ordinance is hereby amended for the following departments:
FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDED (EXHIBIT B)
SECTION 8.05. PLANNING DEPARTMENT
FEDERALLY -FUNDED CONTRACTUAL POSITIONS
1. Delete one position of Coastal Management Liaison Officer SR -18.
2. Delete one position of Assistant Coastal Zone Management Liaison
Officer SR -15.
Add new subsection 8.05 (a).
SECTION 8.05 (a). COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
FEDERALLY -FUNDED CONTRACTUAL POSITIONS
1. Add one new position of Planner IV SR -21.
2. Add one new position of Planner III SR -18.
3. Add one new position of Account Clerk SR -10.
4. Add one new position of Senior Clerk -Typist SR -10.
SECTION 8.03. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL
COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
FEDERALLY -FUNDED CONTRACTUAL POSITION
Add new Section 8.03.
I. Add one new position of Deputy Corporation Counsel LS -9.
SECTION 8.08 (b). BUREAU OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION. DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS.
COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
FEDERALLY -FUNDED CONTRACTUAL POSITIONS
Add new Section 8.08 (b).
I. Add one new position of Civil Engineer III SR -21.
2. Add one new position of Civil Engineer I SR -17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy each of this resolution be trans-
mitted to the departments of Planning, Corporation Counsel, Public Works,
Finance and Personnel Services for their information.
