Resolution
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 69, provides that the
County Council may by Resolution approved by a majority of its
members, dispose of Real Property; and
WHEREAS„ the water tank located at Holualoa School is surplus
and no longer needed by the school.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. In accordance with the Provision of Ordinance No. 69,
the director of finance be authorized to dispose of the water
tank located at Holualoa School, Holualoa, Hawaii,
TMK: 7-6-04-02, by public auction.
2. The director of finance to determine the date, place,
and reasonable terms and conditions of the auction.
3. If no acceptable bids are received, that the water
tank be demolished and removed expeditiously.
