AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. OS-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009,
is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation for the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant Aeration Upgrade
(110.699.5696.18) [$ 4,500,000] $ 5,500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
$ 1,000,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
