AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0.08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING .NNE 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3305.71 State Grants - OHA Training Grant General $ 25,000
Total $ 25,000
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

SECTION 3. A final report, or the fmal report required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the Council upon
