Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 104, reports as follows:
Bill No. 104, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 414, dated
June 22, 2009, amends Ordinance No. 09-64, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2010.
The amendment is as follows:

These funds will be maintained separately and will be expended in accordance to the requirements of their
respective housing agreements.
Your Committee recommended passage of Bill 104 on first reading on July 7, 2009. Items from all
committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote for issues of legality. The remaining history and
information regarding this measure is contained within the original Finance Committee Report Number 70,
dated July 7, 2009.
