Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 104, reports as follows:
Bill No. 104, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 414,
dated June 22, 2009, amends Ordinance No. 09-64, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending
June 30, 2010. The amendment is as follows:

154.461.5464.60 Kohala Ranch Project IV County Hsg Revolving $191.66
154.461.5464.61 Luala`i at Parker Ranch Phase II County Hsg Revolving 25.95
154.461.5464.62 Wainani Estates Subdivision Phase I County Hsg Revolving 4.14
TOTAL $221.75
These funds will be maintained separately and will be expended in accordance to the requirements
of their respective housing agreements.
Pursuant to Section 46-7 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Section 13-13(b) of the Hawaii
County Charter, the Mayor is already authorized to apply for, receive and expend the funds for this
project identified in the Operating Budget.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 104 and
recommends it pass first reading.
