Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication No. 409Bi11 102, reports as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 09-48, RELATING TO THE
INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC) (clarifies that copies of the
IECC are available for public inspection at the Deparhnent of Public Works and the Office of the
County Clerk, and deletes unnecessary reference to section 3(a) of the IECC).
There was no public testimony on this bill and no discussion by Your Committee.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 102 and recommends passage at first reading.
