Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication No. 367Bi11 91, reports as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
{adds Mamalahoa Highway, from a point 5,100 feet in the southerly direction from the terminus
of the State Highway in Honalo to the beginning of the State Highway in Captain Cook to
Article 10, Division 1 (Speed Limits) Section 24-256, Schedule 4 (30 mile per hour limit),
paragraph (f) Kona}.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bi1191 and recommends passage at first reading.
