Communication 398, reports as follows:
Communication No. 411, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated June 22, 2009, nominates
Mr. Scott Stabo of Council District 6 to serve on the Hawaii County Fire Commission.
Your Committee recommended confirmation of this appointment on July 7, 2009. Items from all
committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of legality. The remaining
history and information regarding this measure is contained within the original Public Safety and
Parks and Recreation Committee Report Number 13, dated July 7, 2009.
Your Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation recommends the confirmation of the
appointment of Mr. Scott Stabo to serve on the Hawaii County Fire Commission.
