BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby
transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM: 010-911-5911.04 PROVISION FOR COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENT
CREDITED TO: 010-901-5902.10 UPW PREPAID LEGAL PLAN
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized to make the necessary
transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
